Andrew Mendoza Quintero

as Shrek

Andrew loves music and anything sports related. He's been doing theatre  at Beattie  for 1.5 years. This is his first ever role as the main character, but he is excited and up for the challenge. Also this is his first ever musical and third show ever. He is excited for any more theatre experiences he may have in the future and thankful to Mr.Detrow for this opportunity.

Madelyn Kilgore

as Fiona

Madelyn has wanted to do theatre since the fifth grade. Now in eighth grade, She has been in 10 productions at Beattie. Some of her favorite roles have been Lindsay in Roshambo, Sally Perks in Puffs, and of course, Fiona in Shrek jr. She is a veteran in Beattie’s Theatre Arts Company and is in MDC show choir. She also plans on continuing theatre in High School.

Joslyn King

as Young Fiona/Dwarf

This is Joslyn’s 1st show here at Beattie. Some facts about Joslyn is that she is in DCC and Beattie Bunch Choir. When she has free time she likes to lay on her hammock and play with her dog . Joslyn hopes all you fairy tale creatures enjoy the show.

Aubrey Kilgore

as Teen Fiona

Aubrey is a 6th grader here at Beattie. This is her second time on this stage. Her first role was in “The Tortoise and the Hare: This Time it’s Personal” as the Race Official (past).  Next year she will be joining T.A.CO and MDC. She is very happy to be a part of Shrek Jr.

Nick Wang

as Lord Farquaad

Nick is a first-time actor and stands at a towering 47’ 9”, not 4' 6”. He’s an avid performance artist who’s involved in band, choir, and now musicals. He’s had two broken kneecaps since 1934. Kindly consider giving him your life savings for knee replacement surgery.
