    Director/Producer

    Gabrielle is excited to be directing this world premiere adaptation of Frankenstein on our Back Stage  Previous directorial dabblings on the BCF mainstage include Holmes and Watson, The Explorers Club (Best Director, Best Technical Performance, Best Show 2017/2018 Season) and Dracula (Best Technical Performance, Best Show 2013/2014 Season).  She also directed Kimberly Akimbo on our 2nd Stage in 2014.  Gabrielle first tread our boards in 2007 when she appeared as Penelope Pennywise in Urinetown .  You may also remember her as Old Lady/Hooker in Violet , Emma Parker in Bonnie & Clyde , Miss Jones in How to Succeed , Matron “Mama” Morton in Chicago, Dr. Charlotte in Falsettos , and Ouiser in Steel Magnolias.  Gabrielle would like to thank Lou DiPilla for entrusting her to bring his script TO LIFE!  (Franken-humor!)

    Author/Character Development

    Lou has been involved in theater for over 45 years in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey area. He has performed almost every job there is in theater: actor, director, sound and light technician, set designer, builder, and Artistic Director. He has been involved in close to 100 productions during his time on the boards. Since his retirement in 2009, he has been concentrating on film and commercial work in addition to writing. His play “ A Cosa Nostra Xmas” has been chosen as part of a “Night of One Acts” with the Bridge Players Theater Company in November. Frankenstein marks his second gothic drama adaptation to be produced following his Dracula in 1998. In his “spare time” he enjoys playing his guitar and volunteering for the BookMates program where he and his wife Cheryl read to students at two elementary schools.
