as Alex
MaryKate Raines is a senior at Excelsior Academy and a Level 10 gymnast at Lake Murray Gymnastics. She has always loved singing, dancing, and performing for any willing audience! Favorite roles include Ariel in The Little Mermaid Jr., Olaf in Frozen Jr., Timon in The Lion King Jr., Omar in Aladdin Jr., and Cinderella in Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, all at Excelsior. She would like to thank all of her family, her boyfriend, and her friends who have supported her through all her years as an actress- she wouldn't be here without them! 1 Corinthians 10:31

Jake Pleming
as Marty
Jake Pleming is a freshman at Excelsior Academy. He has previously appeared in multiple past productions at Excelsior, his favorites being Disney's The Little Mermaid Jr. (Prince Eric) and Disney’s Frozen Jr. (Townsperson, Oaken’s Family Member). When he’s not on stage, Jake loves making memories with his family and friends, traveling, playing volleyball and soccer, and cooking. He is excited to bring Marty to life and hopes to put a smile on everyone's face!

Sarah Ann Broadwell
as Gloria
Sarah Ann Broadwell is a junior at Excelsior. This is her third year in Advanced Drama, and it is certainly her favorite class! She enjoyed the challenge of exploring her character this year, as well as all the amazing dancing in this show. She wants to thank her sweet friends Anna Claire, Lola, Kinsley, Clare, and Irelyn for always supporting her on the stage! Now sit back and “relax, be cool, chill out,” and enjoy the show!
