Chad Haney

Music Director

Chad Haney is the Lyric Theatre Thelma Gaylord Academy Associate JTF Director and Music Director. He has been a pianist and music director for over 25 years. He has been involved with various theatre companies across the metro and has music directed dozens of shows for people of all ages and abilities. Away from theatre, Chad is a full time nonprofit fundraising consultant and serves as music director at Southern Hills Christian Church in Edmond.

In 2020 Chad was named a Freddie G Fellow at the Junior Theater Festival in Sacramento. The Fellowship was created by Music Theatre International CEO and Tony Honors for Excellence recipient Freddie Gershon, and recognizes outstanding theatre educators from around the world. He also serves on the Oklahoma Arts Council Theatre Grant Review Panel and as an adjudicator for the Kelli O’Hara Awards. -- @haneychad

Ashlyn Adams

Choreographer

Ashlyn Adams is a dance and theatre artist and educator who also serves as the Education Associate at Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma. Originally from the Seattle, Washington area, Ashlyn has performed in regional Musical Theatre productions throughout the Pacific Northwest and was a founding member of New Vision Dance Company. Ashlyn holds a B.P.A in Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University and specializes in jazz, tap, and musical theatre dance. She teaches and choreographs around the region, particularly with Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, Lyric’s Thelma Gaylord Academy, and Range of Motion Dance Studio where she also co-directs the Professional Focus Training Program. Ashlyn's choreography has earned recognition and awards from the National Performing Arts Festival in Orlando, FL., the Junior Theatre Festival in Sacramento, CA., and by Artists Simply Human. -- @ashlynadams
