Thank you all so much for coming to my directorial debut!
This entire process started back in March-April, when I came to Mr. Walsh with the idea of bringing back our competition show, and directing a show in the black box. I sat down and started researching plays to figure out what exactly I wanted to tackle. As soon as I read the script, I fell in love with this show, and knew it was gonna be what we do. We held auditions, and slowly but surely we formed this cast.
This has been a truly challenging experiance. As an actor first, it was a massive change sitting on the other side of the whole experiance. I had to get out of the mindset of "Actor" and into the mindset of "Director". There were challenges along the way, as there always are, but we perservered! This has been an incredible experiance, and I hope you all feel the same way.
