 CAST AND STAFF BIOGRAPHIES 

Matt Albrecht (Lighting Designer) is a Professional Lighting Designer and Associate Professor of Theatre at Millikin University. Matthew is a proud member and currently the Business Agent of IATSE Local 482 Stagehands. Matthew received his BA in Theatre from St. Mary's and his M.F.A from UW-Madison (GO Badgers). Matt has had the opportunity to work with theaters, amusement parks, and Cruise ships all over the globe. In the Midwest, Matt has worked with Peninsula Players, The Hoogland Center, Middleton Players Theatre, Four Seasons Theatre, University Opera, Madison Theatre Guild, Strollers Theatre, Children’s Theater of Madison, and Oregon Straw Hat Players. Currently, Matt spends his falls as a resident lighting designer for Worlds of Fun Amusement Park in Kansas City. He uses this opportunity to bring students as assistants to learn the art of Theme Park Design.  As a professor, Matt developed a course with his colleague Jana called "Designing Disney" in which they bring students to WALT DISNEY WORLD to meet with Disney designers and Imagineers to learn the art of theme park design. In his spare time...which isn't much... Matt can be found enjoying the outdoors or spending time on the lake, at his cabin, or Walt Disney World. Matthew is thrilled to be working with such an amazing cast and creative team! Thank you Mom, Dad and Sari.  back40boys! Enjoy the show!

 

Eloise Berkley (Assistant Director) is thrilled to be back with MPT on Ordinary Days. Eloise’s previous MPT credits include: My Fair Lady (Director), I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change (AD/Choreographer), Book of Days (Ruth), Into the Woods (AD, Giant/Granny/Cinderella’s Mother) and Merrily We Roll Along (AD). Eloise holds a Bachelor of Music degree from UW-Green Bay, a Master of Music degree from UW-Madison, and a Doctor of Music degree also at UW-Madison. Eloise would personally like to thank all audience members for their dedication to MPT and hopes you enjoy this beautiful show. Endless love to her wife Shelby!

 

Alissa Berman (Production Stage Manager, Scenic Designer) is excited to be returning for her 10th Season with Middleton Players. She has stage-managed countless of Middleton Players’ past shows. Highlights from her past work with MPT include Into the Woods (2025, SM), Merrily We Roll Along (2025, SM), Big Fish (2024, SM), Lumberjacks In Love (2024, SM), among many other productions since 2015. Alissa also works with Four Seasons Theatre and UW-Madison’s University Opera.

 

Joseph Berman (Technical Director) is excited to be back for another awesome Middleton Players Theatre season! Joe would like to thank MPT, his family, and his friends for always supporting his endeavors. He thanks you for coming and hopes you enjoy the show!

 

Danielle Bullock (Danielle) is so excited to be back for her third season at MPT. You may have seen her last summer in Into the Woods (Rapunzel) or this year at UW Opera in Our Town (Emily/Mrs. Webb) and Le nozze di Figaro (Susanna). She has had an absolute blast working on this production, and she hopes you enjoy the show!

 

Alex Cook (Alex) is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master's in Vocal Performance, desperately scrambling to figure out what comes next, and is very happy to be making his community theater debut with MPT! Favorite recent roles include Count Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro and Fredrik Egerman in A Little Night Music, both with UW Opera. He very much hopes you enjoy the Tomfoolery.

 

Kate Jajewski (Director, Choreographer) is thrilled to be back for her 27th production with Middleton Players! She is a multi-disciplinary theatre artist and graduate of the University of Wisconsin Theatre & Drama Department’s Acting Specialist program. Recent directorial credits include MPT's Ordinary Days; Music Theatre of Madison's world premiere reading of Miss Door County; and Four Seasons Theatre's Rodgers & Hammerstein: From Book to Broadway. Ben Johnson (Ben) is a 2025 Masters of Vocal Performance Graduate from UW Madison. His recent stage credits include the roles of Fabrizio in The Light in the Piazza, Tony in West Side Story, Camille in The Merry Widow, and Cinderella’s Prince/Wolf in Into the Woods. Ben has also performed in numerous concert works including the Lloyd-Webber Requiem and the Mozart Requiem. He would like to thank his family for their endless love and support!
