    Claire Azordegan is a 2025 graduate of Millsaps College where she majored in anthropology and was involved in multiple theatre productions. This fall she moves to New York to study with the Stella Adler Studio of Acting conservatory program.

  • Jack Bailey head shot

    Jack Bailey has been involved with two Shakespeare plays: Much Ado about Nothing and The Tempest. Outside of this he is a high school chemistry teacher. 

  • Allie Bennett head shot

    Allie Bennett

    Since moving here in 2015, Allie has worked with so many groups starting with the Detectives Dinner Theatre. In 2018, Allie produced Bard on the Bricks’ A Midsummer Night’s Dream, in Olde Towne Clinton, where she also performed as Hippolyta & Titania. She’s also been seen with MSF's King Lear as Reagan and Much Ado About Nothing as Leonato (a joint venture of Mississippi Shakespeare and Brick Street Players). In 2021, the Clinton Brick Street Players made its comeback, and Allie is currently in her first year serving as President. Through Brick Street she’s had the distinct pleasure to tread the boards as Madame Arcati in Blithe Spirit, Rona Lisa Perretti in 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet, Susanne in Don’t Dress for Dinner and Melissa in Love Letters. Allie was also seen in Fondren Theatre Workshop’s production of God of Carnage. She is also certified by the SAFD in unarmed, single sword, and, quarterstaff, broadsword.

    Dr. Robert Burgess has degrees from The University of Alabama and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He serves as the Assistant Library Director at Mississippi College (MC). He has appeared in multiple plays with MC, Brick Street Players, and the Mississippi Shakespeare. He most recently played Inspector Lestrade in the Brick Street Players/MC production of Sherlock Holmes and the 1st Baker Street Irregulars and Conrade in last year's Mississippi Shakespeare Festival and Brick Street Players combined performance of Much Ado About Nothing.
