Mean Girls Jr. - April 11 - April 12, 2025

Richmond Heights Upper School

 End Notes

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the cast and crew of Mean Girls Jr. Our first show together, and our school's first musical in a very, very long time! I am so proud of these kids. They have banded together in uncertain times to ensure the success of the show, and have continued relying on each other in challenging times throughout the rehearsal process. Emotions have been high, but we perservered. To my stage manager- My right-hand man, my better half! Bethany, I could not have done this without your help. I am so thankful you were placed in my 2nd period class and that I have been given the opportunity to get to know you. I could not have dreamed of a stronger, smarter, fiercer, or kinder Stage Manager, and I thank Mrs. Meintel every day for putting you in my Music Appreciation class. :)

I am very grateful to not have a single senior in this show- It means that I don't have any teary goodbyes this year! I'm very much looking forward to the future with these actors and crew members.

Mrs. Kisner & Mrs. Evans, thank you for helping the kids so much!! And honestly- Thank you for helping ME so much! The arts can often feel like an island, and I'm very thankful to have two islanders nearby to help a girl out.

Dr. Brown & Mr. Lodge, there are not words to express my gratitude- But I can try! Thank you both for taking a chance on me, for endlessly supporting my ideas to give our students as many opportunities as possible, and for being their biggest fans. There is nothing better than knowing that your students are supported by their administration.

And- MEAN GIRLS CAST AND CREW! I love you guys so much and I am so immensely proud of you all! What a group. I'm very much a believer in timing and the universe, and this specific group of people was brought together for such a beautiful event. Enjoy this show, because you will never be in this same situation with these same people ever again. Thank you for your dedication, love, and commitment to excellence.

All my love,

Mrs. Raimondi
