    Director/Music Director

Mrs. Springer feels very blessed to be able to do what she loves everyday. From a board-certified Music Therapist to classroom music teacher and band director to the theater owner she is today, she has always chosen to work with and encourage young people. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing the moment when a young person finds their voice and their confidence!  Mrs. Springer is immensely proud of all of her students from all 64 shows that she has directed! She thanks her AMAZINGLY ROTTEN staff, her generous and loving husband, her 4 incredible sons and all of YOU for your constant support.
