Missy Gipson
Director
Missy Gipson is a vocal coach and tours regionally as part of Chase Missy, an Americana band. Missy is a director for Arts Live Theatre in Fayetteville. For YAG, Missy has directed many productions including the national award-winning Grease, Footloose, Hairspray, Les Miserables, BIG, Cinderella, Into The Woods, Annie Get Your Gun, and Newsies. Missy was awarded “Outstanding Direction in a Musical” by the National Youth Arts awards for the YAG production of Les Miserables. As Executive Director, Missy has grown YAG to producing five shows (including a collaboration with the Fort Smith Public Library). Missy is also the founder/director of Pilot Arts, a musical theatre company in Fayetteville.

Gini Law
Musical Director
Gini Law started her accompanying career in 7th grade, and she has been busy ever since. This is her 13th year to be involved with YAG, and she could not be more thrilled to bring yet another musical to life. She is a well-known and much sought-after accompanist in this region and in Northwest Arkansas region as well. In 2018, she was awarded the Brothers Collaborative Pianist Award at the Regional NATS competition. Gini serves as the music director/organist at First Presbyterian Church in Fort Smith, and she also stays busy teaching in her private piano/voice studio. She is a proud mom to her fabulous kids Victoria, Cameron, and Evan, a mother-in-law to Greg and a Gigi to her adorable grandchildren Allison and Walker.

Reece McDaniel
Assistant Director / Choreographer
Reece McDaniel is thrilled to return for his 13th year with the Young Actors Guild! Reece is a senior at Pepperdine University, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with an emphasis in acting. He also serves as the president of Pepperdine’s Improv Troupe. Reece is grateful to YAG for years of inspiration and fun—both onstage and off!
