TOMMIE JACKSON (He/Him)

Tommie is so excited to direct the summer musical again. He directed the previous summer musicals Shrek the Musical, The Spongebob Musical, and Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka and music directed the first Summer Musical, The Wizard of Oz. Tommie would like to thank the cast, crew, board volunteers, and all of his friends for their support during this amazing process.

EMILY PARROTT (She/Her)
Music Director
Emily is excited to dive under the sea with the cast and crew of Disney’s The Little Mermaid! Her previous directing credits with BTTC include Shrek the Musical (2025), The SpongeBob Musical (2024), and Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka (2023). Emily is the choir director at New Braunfels Middle School. She will finish her Master's Degree in Library Science this month! Emily is so proud of everyone involved, and hopes you enjoy the show!

DR. SAMUEL PARROTT (He/Him)
Music Director
Sam Parrott is excited to be back with the Broke Thespians Summer Musical! He previously music directed SpongeBob the Musical and Shrek the Musical. His other directing credits include Disney's Frozen Jr., Disney's Moana Jr., and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Sam loves getting to music direct with his wife and spend the summer with his friends!

Jade is thrilled to be back with Broke Thespians for Disney’s The Little Mermaid as the show’s Production Stage Manager and Charge Artist! She is currently at Texas State, studying theatre education with the hopes of being a technical theatre director. Jade would like to thank her cast and crew for an amazing process and hopes you enjoy the show!!

ELENA CERDA (She/Her, They/Them)

Elena is so excited to be apart of Disney’s The Little Mermaid in the park! This is the third summer musical she has worked with for Broke Thespians and loves working with them. She has also worked on Hookman as a Sound Board Op. last year. She is currently an incoming freshman to Texas State and is pursuing a degree in Technical Theatre.
